Responsibilities:

• Managing your own schedule for creating marketing strategies to generate leads through various online platforms and social media
• Learning and using our back-office system in regards to managing marketing, lead generation and training systems
• Being able to conduct phone or Zoom interviews in order to evaluate potential business partners/clients
• Engage in the continuous online training calls that are provided weekly
• Become a product of the product by leading by example, having a positive attitude in developing, managing and nurturing your own team
• Following all the steps and training in order to set up your business
• Keeping yourself accountable by communicating with your director
• Offering support and mentorship in assisting others in achieving their personal and business goals

• Doing your own research in developing marketing plans and platforms to use for onlineadvertising
• Being able to follow the guidance of our GlobalLeadership Council team
• Able to handle challenges when they arise and be proactive, “solution” oriented.
• Having the motivation and self-discipline to work independently
• Possess interpersonal and professional communication skills
• Have a desire for both continuous personal and professional growth
