- Pass 2G test in FCAW on 1” thick coupon.
- Pass 2G test in SMAW group 4 electrodes on 3/8” coupon.
- Operate air arc to remove steel (back gouging).
- Grind with 90 angle grinder.
- Read weld symbols and check weld size using weld fillet gauges.
- Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily.
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Able to weld Mig and Tig, Stick.
- Able to safely use hand tools, such as grinders, sanders, drills etc.
