Job Title: Field Tech
Job Description
As a Field Tech, you will be responsible for collecting data on power poles, including attachment heights and power communication details. You will utilize software (Katapult) to gather pole heights, midspan information, and other relevant data. This role requires daily travel within the state of Indiana. You must complete data collection tasks safely, accurately, and promptly. Effective communication with team members, customers, and the public is essential. You will also be required to upload and download collected data using computer systems as trained, operate and maintain company equipment safely and efficiently, and follow company and departmental safety rules and procedures. Wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean, safe work environment is also required.

Work Environment
You will be working out of the Indianapolis office 5 days a week. The office culture is small, close-knit, and quiet. The dress code is casual, though you may be customer-facing as well. The hours are 1st shift, Monday to Friday, with flexible time but expect to work from 8 AM to 5 PM.
