We are a fast paced, mid-sized firm with offices in Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio. Candidates should demonstrate strong design and communication skills, be highly self-motivated, team oriented, and willing to learn.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager or Director level licensed architect with K-12 or Higher Education experience.

Job Details
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager or Director level licensed architect with K-12 or Higher Education experience.

Min. Prerequisites:
- Bachelor s Degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect
- Familiar with Revit
Job Description:
- Primarily K-12 project management
- Effectively coordinates project efforts
- Serves as primary client liaison
- Prepares strategic plans
- Estimates scope of work and cost estimates for new projects
- Leads master planning efforts
- Prepares projections and billings
- Successful management of multiple teams on multiple projects
- Coordination of project teams
- Setting and adhering to schedules
- Managing budget to a 15%+ net profit
- Continual client interaction
- Collaborate with Managing Principal for business development opportunities
