Job Details



Leads teams and fellow Project Architects in strategizing work plans and devising solutions for technical and design-related challenges. Works closely with the PIC/PM to outline project schedules and manage production timelines, ensuring deadlines are met effectively. Takes charge of crafting and refining intricate implementation documents to align with design objectives, drawing upon extensive knowledge of architectural principles, practices, and advanced methodologies. Directs the assessment of building codes and ensures compliance with zoning regulations for the designated project segment. Oversees the preparation of documents by the architectural team, verifying adherence to QA/QC standards, protocols, industry best practices, and quality benchmarks.

Requirements:
Accredited professional degree in Architecture
Architectural Registration
Minimum of 15 years of experience
Preferred:
Accreditation in Sustainable Design
Proficiency in architectural software like Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and 3D modeling software
