We are a fast-growing, purpose-driven company that delivers immersive experiences through cooking kits featuring themes and recipes from around the world. Our kits allow customers to explore new cultures and cuisines by preparing global dishes and learning about the countries behind them, all as part of a fun family activity. Sold online DTC and to select interest groups, we operate with the agility of a start-up, even though we've been in business for several years. Our founder is hands-on and visionary, and we are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to lead strategic initiatives and ensure our business scales efficiently.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to take ownership of scaling our marketing, sales, product, and creative strategies. You will work closely with the founder, executive team, and external partners to drive growth through smart strategy and flawless execution.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is willing to dive deep into both strategy and execution.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work across creative campaigns, sales initiatives, and product development while managing external vendors to support growth. Your decisions will be data-driven, continuously iterating on tactics to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns and an annual marketing calendar to grow the customer base, drive engagement, and increase sales in DTC and homeschool markets.
  • Sales Strategy: Lead initiatives to drive online sales and homeschool customer acquisition, optimizing tactics based on performance data.
  • Pricing & Promotions: Create data-driven pricing and promotional strategies that boost both customer acquisition and retention.
  • Product Strategy: Collaborate with the founder to enhance product offerings, including packaging, bundling, and new product ideas to maximize customer value and reduce churn.
  • Creative Direction: Work closely with the CEO/Founder to ensure all brand and marketing materials are aligned with our mission and goals.
  • Manage External Resources: Oversee freelancers, agencies, and other partners to efficiently execute marketing, sales, and product strategies within budget.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data to monitor performance, customer behavior, and sales trends, providing actionable insights and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance the customer journey, guiding them from awareness to brand loyalty, while increasing long-term customer value.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or product strategy, within a START-UP environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies that drive growth.
  • Experience managing external partners (agencies, freelancers).
  • Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Experience in DTC e-commerce or subscription-based models is highly desirable.
  • Passion for food, cooking, and world cultures is a plus.
