Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CFO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and organize financial reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Coordinate communication between the CFO and various departments, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible
- Process expense reports and assist with budget tracking and financial documentation
- Conduct research and compile data to support financial analysis and reporting
- Support special projects as assigned by the CFO, including data gathering and report preparation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative functions
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a finance or corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with financial software or ERP systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
- Familiarity with financial terminology and concepts is a plus
