Position Overview:

As the Administrative Assistant to the CFO, you will play a crucial role in managing daily administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring the CFO’s schedule runs efficiently. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CFO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and organize financial reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Coordinate communication between the CFO and various departments, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible
  • Process expense reports and assist with budget tracking and financial documentation
  • Conduct research and compile data to support financial analysis and reporting
  • Support special projects as assigned by the CFO, including data gathering and report preparation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative functions

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a finance or corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with financial software or ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
  • Familiarity with financial terminology and concepts is a plus
