The Clinical Field Specialist will provide expert clinical support and training to healthcare professionals on the use of our cardiology medical devices. This role involves working closely with sales teams, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes through effective device utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Support: Provide on-site support during device implantation and follow-up procedures, ensuring proper device usage and addressing any clinical concerns.
- Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and technicians, on the use of our cardiology devices.
- Product Demonstrations: Assist the sales team with product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our devices.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers to promote product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise: Stay updated on the latest clinical data, product developments, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to healthcare providers to ensure the effective and safe use of our devices.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of clinical activities, training sessions, and customer interactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- +5 years of clinical field support
- Must be Credentialed
- Cardiology Experience
