Develop and optimize polyurethane-based adhesives and coatings formulations

Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve product performance

Maintain detailed documentation of research findings and methodologies

Qualifications:

MS or BS in Polymer Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering

7-10 years of experience in polymer development, focusing on adhesives and coatings

Strong understanding of polyurethane chemistry and formulation principles

Proficiency in statistical analysis and design of experiments

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
