Job Description

Position Description:

Furthermore, the team is expected to function as a Scrum team, comprising 8-10 members at maximum, with a designated Product Owner responsible for managing daily activities and escalating any blockers or issues to the Ford team for assistance. The team is envisioned to start with a smaller size, gradually scale up to 8-10 members, and eventually scale down as the workload diminishes.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
