Summary: We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (PM3) to support a high-priority PCI Compliance project for the Department of Treasury and the Gaming Control Board. The role involves working with DTMB technical teams and agency stakeholders, managing the project lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS standards. The candidate must be skilled in IT project management and comfortable in a multi-vendor, hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Clarity for project schedules, resource assignment, and budget management.
  • Monitor and communicate project progress, managing cost, scope, and risks.
  • Lead stakeholder communication and provide leadership for technical and business teams.
  • Develop and maintain key project documentation, including charters, budgets, and status reports.
  • Ensure adherence to SUITE PMM and SEM methodologies.
  • Manage vendor deliverables and facilitate interactions among stakeholders.
  • Oversee change management and corrective actions for project deviations.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong IT project management experience with a proven record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Experience with project budgets, schedules, change requests, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in project portfolio management tools (e.g., Clarity) and MS Project.
  • Ability to manage multi-vendor projects in government environments, including IRS/PCI environments.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
