Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Data Conversion Lead
Duration: 2+ Years
Work Location: Charlotte, NC(Remote) (need Locals Only who can travel to client location when required)

Application: PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors and Cornerstone Application
Requirements Gathering: Understand the specific data migration requirements, such as the types of data to be migrated (employee records, job history, compensation, benefits, etc.), data formats, and any transformation rules needed.
Data Profiling: Analyze source data to understand its structure, quality, and complexities. Identify any data anomalies, inconsistencies, or gaps that may impact the migration process.
Data Mapping: Create detailed data mapping specifications that define the relationships between source and target data fields. Ensure accurate transformation and migration of data according to business requirements.
Data Cleansing: Collaborate with data quality teams to clean and prepare source data for migration. Implement data cleansing processes to correct errors and enhance data quality. Identify and rectify data quality issues, such as missing or inaccurate information, duplicate records, and inconsistencies. Cleanse and standardize data as needed.
Data Transformation: Define and create data transformations, formatting, and validation to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and compliance with Oracle HCM Cloud's data requirements.
ETL Processes: Use (Extract, Transform, Load) Chainsys platform and techniques to extract data from source systems, transform it into the desired format, and load it into the target system.
Validation and Testing: Create test plans and scenarios to validate the accuracy and completeness of migrated data. Compare source and target data to ensure successful migration.
Issue Identification and Resolution: Support troubleshoot data migration issues, anomalies, and discrepancies. Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve these issues.
Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of data mapping, transformation logic, migration processes, and test results for future reference and knowledge transfer.
Quality Assurance: Maintain data quality checks and validation routines to ensure that migrated data meets predefined standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with Data Migration Solution Architects, data conversion, Lead and business stakeholders to align migration processes with project requirements.
Communication: Provide regular updates to project managers, team members, and stakeholders on the progress and outcomes of data migration activities.
User Training and Support: Assist end-users in understanding the new data environment and provide support during the transition period.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of data migration processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
