Now Hiring: Director of Marketing and AdmissionsThe Director of Marketing and admissions must meet census goals by working with facility Leadership Team and Home Office Clinical Liaison.Manage the facility customer flow, admissions process, referral management and admission sign-in, though post admission.Responsible for maintaining targeted occupancy levels of the facility. Qualifications for the Director of Marketing and AdmissionsIdeal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivatorAble to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively2 years of experience in an Admissions/Marketing position in healthcare environmentLong term care experience requiredKnowledge of Medicare and 3rd party billingKnowledge of medical terminologyAbility to discuss clinical evaluations with physicians and other care givers within facilityMust be detail oriented and have excellent customer service skillsAble to react to emergency situations appropriately when requiredMust be able to travel locally by personal automobile as required Essential Functions: Exhibits ability to perform functions of providing the following.Serious applicants Interest in the geriatric population Centerville Health and Rehab is an equal opportunity employer.
