NetSuite Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a NetSuite consultant, coupled with the ability to effectively manage project delivery, coach team members, and foster strong client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage complex NetSuite projects from initiation to closure, exceeding client expectations while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects on the design and architecture of NetSuite solutions, leveraging your consulting expertise.
• Build and lead high-performing project teams, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to foster professional development.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and ensure team success.
• Implement and maintain a quality assurance program throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet the highest standards.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide accurate project forecasts and reports to stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of progress and potential risks.

• 5+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation and configuration, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite functionalities and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to quality.
