  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Thumbnail Designer

Hello! We re seeking a talented and creative Thumbnail & Packaging Designer to lead the charge in ideating and designing high-quality and eye-catching thumbnails for Jubilee Media! We re looking for someone who understands our content, mission, and community, and can create compelling thumbnails for our various Youtube and social media channels that will strongly appeal to our audiences. This role is best suited for the daring creative that is up for the challenge of creating visuals that compel our audience to engage.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and own the thumbnail process: managing thumbnail development from initial idea all the way through to final deployment
  • Collaborating with creative, brand, and production teams to generate the best designs for maximum CTR
  • Own branding and GFX for newly developed shows and existing shows
  • Concept and design thumbnails for both Jubilee and Nectar brands across Youtube, Snapchat, and other social media platforms
  • Track thumbnail performance, A/B test designs, and make data-informed decisions that increase CTR
  • Stay up to date with current trends/best practices within the thumbnail space
  • Coordinate with production team and photographers on set to make sure we are capturing all assets necessary for the creation of our thumbnails

Who You Are

  • 1-3 years of thumbnail design experience, specifically for Youtube and Snapchat
  • Talented designer with the hunger to grow your marketing and design skills
  • Advanced understanding of the Youtube and media space
  • Working knowledge of graphic/visual trends in thumbnail design
  • Strong knowledge of what it takes to deliver high-quality thumbnails that significantly increase CTR
  • Collaborative and a wildly creative self-starter
  • Excited to help us grow our Jubilee and Nectar brands through design
  • Passionate about Jubilee's ethos & mission
