Project Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Project Analyst to execute our brand team strategy, working directly with one of our Top Fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate is an efficient project analyst who works collaboratively and is well organized, has demonstrated success working remotely to drive project execution and adapt to the ever-changing environment of market disruption.

expand their customer base while providing the best experience to consumers.


Your responsibilities:

  • Manage project execution across North America
  • Create short & long-term fulfillment strategies, including ongoing evaluation of the fleet
  • Create forecasting process to capture equipment needs across markets and countries
  • Work with other regions to identify emerging equipment trends
  • Support broader brand team by driving new equipment to market
  • Resolve complex/escalated equipment issues and lead collaboration
  • Communicate performance and critical supply concerns to sales, marketing, and operations
  • Set inventory levels and replenishment strategies to drive service and reduce costs
  • Set objectives using data/tools to guide sales, service teams
  • Lead monthly collaboration and region planning processes
  • Set productivity, service, and budget targets for regional markets
  • Identify low forecast accuracy SKUs and conduct root cause analysis


Your profile:

  • 3-5 years' experience with vending equipment or related field
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with high drive, energy, resilience, and desire for excellence
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
  • Ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with Power BI
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish, French Canadian, and English languages preferred)
  • Sales operations or support experience preferred
