The Role

We are currently hiring for a Performance Marketing Strategist who will be in charge of executing exceptional marketing campaigns across Google Ads and other PPC channels to assist our expansion. As a Performance Marketing Strategist, you will play a key role in driving our growth by running large-scale paid acquisition campaigns across various platforms. The perfect candidate is a data-driven marketing professional with the ability to manage complex campaigns and a strong interest in staying updated on digital marketing trends. This role can be located anywhere in Canada or the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize large-scale paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, etc. with a focus on Google Ads (all placements)
  • Ideate, develop, and launch new campaigns to drive growth and efficiencies across all brands
  • Manage and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager, website conversion tracking, and GA4
  • Conduct in-depth reporting on campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to align acquisition strategies with business goals
  • Perform extensive A/B testing to optimize campaign performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and digital marketing

Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in a similar role managing large-scale paid acquisition campaigns hands-on
  • Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, etc. with a focus on Google Ads
  • Outstanding Excel and data testing skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and create data-driven results
  • Experience running paid online campaigns at a large scale
  • High-level English proficiency
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously
  • Previous experience with dashboarding, social media advertising, and copywriting are all highly valuable in this role as well

The targeted pay range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000, USD. Actual salary is dependent upon several factors, including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team and geographic location. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at the offer. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.
