We are seeking a talented Senior Analyst, Data Strategy & Analytics to partner with the Data Strategy & Analytics leader in the development and execution of our data analytics strategy, driving insights that empower our internal business operations to make data-informed decisions. By harnessing our vast datasets, you will empower stakeholders to uncover actionable insights, optimize operations, and innovate our product offerings.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

  • Collaborating and driving the definition and implementation of a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business goals and objectives while identifying key metrics, data sources, and analytical techniques to drive decision-making and enhance business performance.
  • Establishing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to standardize data definitions and maintain data integrity.
  • Acting as a data liaison between engineering and product/business stakeholders.
  • Owning and driving the analytics roadmap.
  • Executing on the design, development, and delivery of insightful analytics and reporting dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and operations teams, to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies.
  • Championing a user-centric approach, gathering feedback, and iterating on features to enhance the overall user experience of our analytics platform.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to senior management on data-related strategies and initiatives to present findings, recommendations, and progress updates in a clear and compelling manner to facilitate informed decision-making.

This opportunity may be a good fit if you:

  • Have a Bachelor s Degree in business or a related field plus 5 or more years of proven experience as an analyst in a SaaS environment, with a focus on data analytics or business intelligence products.
  • Have a deep understanding of data analytics technologies, methodologies, and tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI/Fabric, predictive analytics).
  • Have strong business analysis and analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
  • Can operate at both a strategic level and tactically build reports in a player/coach model.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and have a desire to build process and structure from the ground up.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products through the entire lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and on-going iteration.

Strong candidates also have:

  • Relevant professional certifications.
  • Experience in the PropTech or real estate industry with knowledge of industry-specific data requirements and challenges.

What we offer:

  • This position is a US-based remote role with preference to applicants based in the state of Washington.
  • A competitive base salary of $115,000 to $130,000 per year + other financial incentives including stock options.
