As the Chief Information Officer, you will oversee an innovative mix of supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and implementation experience. This role will be providing vision and leadership for all aspects of the information systems strategy, execution, and services. Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with business leaders in assisting to differentiate the Company while maintaining cost effective and innovative solutions.

Essential Functions:

  • Participate in strategic and operational decisions as a member of the senior management team and lead technology initiatives directly linked to the company s overall strategy.
  • Work alongside the Chief Marketing Officer in integrating the core enterprise systems with the e-commerce and other customer facing digital assets and processes.
  • Act as a change agent and lead the development of technology and roadmap for core ERP processes across finance, manufacturing, and supply chain.
  • Integrate the IT & Business strategy to achieve company goals by fostering innovation, properly organizing teams, and directing the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technology solutions across the organization.
  • Determine the appropriate internal and external IT team/vendors to support business objectives by implementing an effective IT organizational structure, goals & operating process.
  • Identify opportunities for the appropriate and cost-effective financial investment in IT solutions including staffing, sourcing, purchasing, and development.
  • Assess and communicate risks associated with IT investments and develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives.
  • Develop, track, allocate and control the information technology annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide security, disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Adeptly negotiate a wide array of technology services and contracts across multiple IT vendors.
  • Ability to develop and attract talented business and technology professionals and delegates significant and accountable responsibilities to team members.
  • Establishes and documents effective IT policies & procedures ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
  • Forges strong customer focused teams and engages the team through enthusiasm and excitement about the business.
  • Celebrates individuals and teams for achieving significant milestones and goals.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science/engineering or related discipline, required master s degree preferred.
  • Prior IT leadership role with significant experience in deploying ERP platforms supporting order to cash, procure to pay, manufacturing, product lifecycle management, supply chain, data analytics, and other core operations for manufacturing and service business.
  • 8-10+ years working in an IT leadership role with significant innovation, architecture, development, and ERP platform selection/implementation experience.
  • Proven track record in developing high performing IT innovative and service delivery focused organization utilizing both onshore and offshore strategies.
  • Experience in designing effective data strategies and structures, integrations, workflow, business intelligence, predictive analytics frameworks.
  • Experience in developing buy vs. build business cases for major technology investments.
  • Working knowledge of PCI, PII, CCPA, Cyber Security, Data Privacy attestation and policies.
  • Exposure to technology infrastructure management, helpdesk, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Exposure to industry enterprise software applications, third party products, document management, hybrid cloud computing and outsourced systems/services.
  • Comprehensive understanding of computer networks, architectures, telecom, security, compliance, data centers, operations, VDI, VOIP and database applications.
  • Proven experience in developing IT strategy, roadmap and delivering major change initiatives.
  • Proven experience in negotiating contracts, licenses, service levels & managing global IT vendors.
