Position Overview

As a Financial Management Intern, you will use your skills to transform our clients’ accounting, budgeting, planning, and financial reporting processes. This transformation is achieved through process improvements, enhancements in core technologies, and operating model refinements.

Your Role as a Financial Management Intern

  • Collaborate with a project team to assist client CFOs in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities in financial close, reporting, forecasting, and analytics by:
  • Assessing current state business processes and the technology enablement of key processes within the Office of the CFO
  • Analyzing and identifying areas for alignment between business strategy and finance strategy
  • Developing transformational roadmaps to modernize and optimize clients’ financial processes, technologies, and workforce
  • Contribute to the selection of new technologies (e.g., ERP) and support implementations by:
  • Assessing the current state of business and IT application landscapes
  • Developing and aligning IT strategy with key business objectives and creating future state roadmaps
  • Assisting in the software selection process, from documenting client requirements to evaluating software vendors and recommending optimal solutions
  • Participating in implementations, including project management activities and core implementation tasks (design, build, configure, test, deploy)

Qualification

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree, expected to graduate between Dec 2025 - Jul 2026
  • Intern candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation or sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., OPT, H-1B visa, TN, etc.)
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0

Preferred Qualification

  • Majors with a focus in:
  • Accounting
  • Finance
  • Information Technology Management (with a minor in Business)

Compensation:

The compensation for the position is $39.00 per hour
