Job Summary

The Enterprise Application Director oversees the development, implementation, and support of the Infor ISM and Salesforce CRM applications, and has knowledge of other integrated applications. Maintain knowledge and management of systems analysis and programming activities that enable the organization's enterprise business processes. This role is responsible for feasibility studies, time, and cost estimates along with assisting in projecting software and hardware requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align with leadership, advisors and IT architects on resource capacity needed to support Enterprise Applications consolidation and implementation.
  • Develop IT area strategies and objectives and encourage the adoption of application best practices or standardized processes in alignment with the strategic roadmap (Procure to Pay, Lead to Cash, Quality and Sourcing, and Record to Report)
  • Coordinate IT process alignment by leading a team in the delivery of projects and services.
  • Engage with IT leadership, advisors, and architects on organizational design and process definition for Enterprise Application Services e.g., Solution Delivery and Portfolio Management.
  • Proactively manage project risk and issues while identifying appropriate mitigations
  • Gather data on and provide analysis of all activities that have an impact on the value, cost and risk of digital technology asset life cycles.
  • Develop and ensure proactive sustainability and resilience of application platforms across NTS.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal service owners, service providers and supplier managers in NTS IT organizations regarding the delivery of end-to-end services.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and integrity of data and processes supported by applications by implementing and practicing effective IT general controls (ITGC) as system custodian for ERP and CRM applications.
  • Design, implement, and manage the Service Level Management process to deliver end-to-end IT service at a level that supports the business needs and requirements.
  • Provide finance with the data to support the analysis of digital technology asset projects and maintenance budgets and business cases.

Capabilities

  • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
  • Expert knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, network protocols and architectures, and cybersecurity principles
  • Expert analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Expert knowledge of PowerBI and Microsoft Office
  • Experience leading system or tool implementations with responsibility for verifying capabilities, outputs, dependencies and implementation scope.
  • Experience in vendor management to provide solutions and services.
  • Technical proficiency in application architecture and data integration
  • Experience with Technology contracts and cost implications through the technology asset life cycle.
  • Experience in developing budgets, forecasts, and plans, and demonstrated ability to manage financial plans.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Informatics or Engineering
  2. Minimum (8) eight years of experience as IT Enterprise Manager or similar role
  3. Certified IT Asset Manager preferred or other ITAM certifications a plus.
