The Associate of Business Development will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the healthcare marketing landscape and a proven track record in business development.

  • Prior work experience at a marketing, advertising, communication, staffing or digital agency in a business development role is desired.

  • The ideal candidate will have a track record of selling through thoughtful, creative and solution-based sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare marketing sector.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management.

  • Be an internal connector between all Kadiko internal account teams, aka pods

  • Work directly with upper management to support the business development needs across our agency

  • Prepare and circulate periodic new business status and meeting reports.

  • Be able to navigate various account based marketing tools to idnetify target audiences.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant sales/business development work experience required.

  • Agency experience is highly preferred. Need to understand the solutions we sell to be successful.

  • Experience producing agreements and proposals required.
