Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Electrical Engineer who excels in customer interactions and has a strong background in electrical engineering. The ideal candidate will have an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification, with a preference for those holding a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. This role involves leading electrical engineering projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Design & Analysis: Develop and analyze electrical systems and components, including power distribution, control systems, and automation.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical engineering solutions into broader projects.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Certifications: Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification required; Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on utility projects.
