About this Role:
As a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a key role in planning and leading the technical deployment and maintenance of back-end, reporting, and auditing tools, along with their associated functionality and components. You will also be responsible for identifying new and emerging capabilities for potential integration into solutions to benefit customers in terms of cost savings, innovation, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and lead the technical deployment and maintenance of back end, reporting, and auditing tools
Identify new and emerging capabilities for potential integration into solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement new capabilities
Provide guidance and support for site escalations, issue resolution, and adoption
Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance on technical best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5 years of experience in technical roles, with a focus on deployment and maintenance of back end, reporting, and auditing tools
Strong understanding of back-end systems, reporting tools, and auditing mechanisms
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in supervising and mentoring team members
Must be a United States Citizen
Must be willing/able to obtain a clearance
