RSP Event is looking for a Lead Sales Representative to help expand our new client through big-box retail stores throughout Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The Lead Sales Representative will be responsible for staying up to date on our client’s products and services in order to deliver informative, effective, and interactive presentations to qualified decision-makers in Philadelphia. Our newest campaign is unlike any other. As the Lead Sales Representative, your ultimate goal is to conduct exciting presentations and generate new leads for our client.

Lead Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Learn existing sales systems for our client through leveled training and development with an assigned Sales Manager
  • Become familiar with our client’s professional services and various competition to deliver the best results for customers
  • Work carefully throughout the planned series of steps for the customer, organize a schedule to ensure a quick and efficient outcome
  • Identify sales opportunities in order to maintain a solidified sales plan and execute with the appropriate guidance
  • Develop market and full customer appreciation for their respective assignments and project oversights

Lead Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Strong self-management capabilities and networking skills, preferably with top Sales Managers and implement their strategies
  • The willingness to master client product knowledge, competition, and industry trends to become an outstanding representation for our client
  • Must be well organized with effective time management skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • The ability to travel locally throughout the region to meet customers at their appointments
