Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team specializing in Restaurants & Food Service sector transactions. Responsibilities

  • Assist senior bankers in executing transactions including M&A advisory, capital raising, and strategic consulting assignments within the Restaurants & Food Service sector.
  • Conduct financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and comparable company analysis.
  • Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and information memoranda.
  • Perform industry and company-specific research to support transaction execution and client meetings.
  • Assist in the due diligence process, including coordination with legal, accounting, and other professional advisors.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across different functional areas to deliver high-quality client service and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields preferred (internship experience will be considered).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Enthusiasm for the Restaurants & Food Service industry and a desire to develop sector-specific expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
