Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Investment Banking Analyst to join our team, specializing in the Health, Nutrition, and Wellness Products sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a dynamic industry and work on a variety of financial transactions and advisory services.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial analysis, including company valuations, financial modeling, and due diligence, specifically within the Health, Nutrition, and Wellness Products sector.
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch materials, and transactional documents.
  • Research industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market developments to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior team members in executing mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and other investment banking transactions.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics and prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
