Position Overview:

As a Relationship Manager at Green Bear Solutions, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our solar and roofing business. This is a commission-only sales position, perfect for those with a competitive mindset and a passion for sales, offering unlimited earning potential. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify their energy and roofing needs, and provide solutions that align with our product offerings.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in solar or renewable energy industry

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. With the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds

Strong organizational skills

Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain solar energy systems Passion for sustainability and a commitment to promoting renewable energy solutions
