Business Systems Analyst SAP APO Houston, TX, Katy, TX, Dallas (Plano), TX, or Wichita, KS - Hybrid
Expert Technical Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for one of our premier clients in the Midwest. You will focus on enhancing Supply Chain and Commercial capabilities, specifically focusing on the Order to Cash process. This role involves driving continuous improvement in processes and technologies to simplify the user experience and support our customers effectively. You will provide executional support for global projects and identify process enhancements. As a part of a global team, strong communication skills, adaptability, and relationship-building are essential.
Locations: Wichita, KS, Houston, TX, or Dallas, TX. You will work in the office 3 days/wk and work from home 2x/wk.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify the best solutions for business challenges
  • Understand and document complex business processes and functional requirements
  • Support the technical team in developing specifications
  • Design, configure, test, implement, and maintain SAP ECC and APO Supply Chain Management modules (DP, SNP, PP/DS) as well as solutions on Salesforce and AspenTech platforms
  • Create flow and decision diagrams for business processes
  • Facilitate communication to clarify requirements or address technical constraints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product or project delivery
  • Work with internal product teams, vendors, and business partners to resolve issues across the order to cash process
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on root cause analysis, automation, and optimization of systems
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP APO (e.g., DP, SNP, PP/DS, CIF integrations)
  • Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a production environment
  • Experience partnering with internal and external customers
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis (RCA)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience as an Analyst, Product Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst
  • Experience with SAP BW
  • Experience managing IT/software projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, and agile/iterative deliverables
