Our mission is to provide patients and healthcare providers with a holistic, real-time view of health, enabling proactive, data-driven decisions. We aim to bring together wearable data and medical records from multiple healthcare providers to create a complete health picture for every patient.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our founding team as a co-founder. This is an equity-only position with the potential for significant ownership in BioLynq, providing a unique opportunity to be an early driving force behind an innovative healthtech solution.

As the CTO, you will be responsible for taking BioLynq’s vision and building an MVP that can bring our concept to market. You will work directly with the CEO, making strategic decisions and driving the technological roadmap. Your work will lay the foundation for transforming healthcare through a proactive, unified platform that helps patients and healthcare providers make informed, data-driven health decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead MVP Development: Hands-on development of BioLynq’s MVP, including digital twin technology, wearable integration, and emergency alert services.
  • Technology Strategy: Define and implement the technical strategy and product architecture for BioLynq, ensuring scalability and security from the start.
  • Product Build: Create backend systems for storing and processing health data, integrating wearable and medical record data, while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
  • Data Interoperability: Use FHIR standards or other APIs to ensure seamless integration with electronic health records (EHRs) and wearable devices.
  • Predictive Analytics: Develop simple predictive models for health risk assessment, scaling up as more data is gathered.
  • Founding Team Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO to refine the product roadmap, gather market feedback, and iterate on the MVP.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in healthtech or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of backend technologies (Python/Flask, Node.js, or similar), API development, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
  • Experience working with wearables, IoT devices, or healthcare platforms, especially around data integration.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations such as HIPAA and experience building secure systems.
  • Proven track record of developing products from concept to MVP.
  • Passion for healthcare innovation and desire to create meaningful change in patient care.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI/ML for analyzing health data and predicting health risks.
  • Familiarity with digital twin technology or related modeling techniques.
  • Knowledge of FHIR standards for healthcare data interoperability.
