We are seeking a Senior Epicor Financials Consultant to join our dynamic team, focusing on implementing financial modules for Epicor ERP at manufacturing companies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Epicor Financials, including modules such as GL, AP, AR, and FA, as well as hands-on involvement in multiple ERP implementations. This role involves working directly with clients to assess business needs, configure solutions, and provide expert guidance to optimize their financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Epicor ERP Financials implementations, including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets modules, for manufacturing clients.
  • Analyze clients financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend tailored solutions using Epicor ERP.
  • Conduct business process reviews, documenting current and future state workflows, and provide recommendations to move to Epicor ERP.
  • Configure Epicor Financials modules and provide training to end-users, ensuring optimal adoption and system utilization.
  • Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications, business process flows, and testing scenarios.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other consultants to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting, maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Travel to client locations as needed for key project phases, meetings, and on-site support (approximately 40-50% travel).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Appropriate financial certifications (CPA, CMA) or relevant experience as a Controller, CFO, or similar role.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Epicor Financials Consultant or similar role with a focus on financial modules.
  • Proven track record of leading multiple Epicor ERP implementations, particularly with financials and multi-company environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including month-end and year-end close, tax management, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders from shop floor to C-level.
  • Ability to travel as required to support projects (typically 40-50% travel).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with tax management tools such as Avalara.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting tools like Spreadsheet Server, XL Connect, or Epicor Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Familiarity with Epicors Project Management Module, advanced billing, and costing methods (Standard, Average, FIFO).
  • Experience with data migration using DMT and configuring ACH, Payroll, and multi-site setups.
