What will you do?

  • Gather user requirements through shadowing in focus groups and overall user research.
  • Evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the product team.
  • Develop product design guidelines, including color palette, fonts, layouts, and process flows.
  • Conduct constant UI/UX Design research on latest trends and ideas to implement our products.
  • Develop design component libraries.
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, mockups, among other new creative modalities to discuss with UI/UX Designer.
  • Develop UI mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that clearly illustrate how products function and look like.
  • Participate in product design brainstorming sessions.
  • Develop original graphic resources (logos, flyers, images, sketches, sitemaps, mockups, tables, icons, web fonts, among others).
  • Help identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
  • Design graphic user interface components.
  • Ensure overall concepts and interactions for the user experience within a business product are intuitive and easy for customers.
  • Conduct UI/UX testing of completed applications, websites, and software to assess user experience.
  • Assist in the design strategy developed by the UI/UX Designer.

Our candidate must:

  • Be available on a full-time basis, from Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm (preferably)
  • Be available to work from home and in San Juan.
  • Experience with design software, such as: Photoshop, Illustrator and Coreldraw
  • Experience with UI/UX design software, such as: Figma, Adobe XD and Invision
  • Understanding of visual elements: layout and typography
  • Knowledge of design techniques: user flows, prototyping and grid systems
  • Familiarity with web design terms, such as: resolution breakpoints, call to action buttons, mockups, among others.
