Job Overview:
As a Sr. I&C Tech, you will lead a team by example across industries to provide outstanding Operational Technology related programs, interfaces, documentation and support. You could be working on assembly lines, well heads, datacenters, beverage facilities, and providing managed SCADA services - all in the same week. Our team is expected to learn and to grow to be proficient across multiple skillsets while becoming an expert in 2-3 key disciplines. The role will require excellence as an individual contributor to do the work when short handed and to grow a team around, train, schedule, and provide quality control. Working weeks can vary from 40 to 80 hours a week as you may be managing and training or onsite leading efforts.

Work is completed in hybrid work environments, in office with the team, from home, and frequently in the field for commissioning or on-going support as needed. Travel expectation for the year is 50% of nights away from home, but variable depending on individual desires and ability. This job requires physical capabilities in the field working on electrical equipment, lifting, pulling, standing weights in excess of 50 pounds, regular travel and driving. Personnel with strong computer skills, programming, drafting, and other similar skill sets may be able to work remotely as projects allow.

Requirements

  • Electrical Training or Certification. Journeyman preferred
  • Drug Free work environment
  • Valid Driver's license and ability to travel without restrictions
  • Familiarity with Ladder Logic and other industrial programming
  • Strong ability to read electrical schematics
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and discipline teams effectively
  • Must have demonstrated Oil and Gas experience
  • Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, Red Lion, Opto22, Ignition, VT SCADA, Phoenix Contact, Emerson, and other platform experience
  • Expertise with P&IDs, Control Narratives, Cause and Effects, SIS
  • UL, IEC, NIST, CSA and other industrial standards
  • Drive expertise AC/DC/Servo/VFD
