  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Onsite IT Support Technician

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Salary: $44,990.00 - $49,920.00

Position Overview: Our client is currently seeking an experienced Onsite IT Support Technician to join their team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will possess a current A+ certification, a minimum of 2 years of IT support experience, and proficiency in providing support for Windows operating systems and hardware components. Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite technical support for hardware break-fix issues, including laptops, desktops, monitors, network cabling, and printers.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues related to Windows operating systems.

  • Utilize ticketing system software (Jira and internal application) to track, prioritize, and escalate support requests.

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

  • Document support processes and procedures for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Current A+ certification.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.

  • Proficiency in supporting Windows operating systems.

  • Experience with hardware break-fix for various devices.

  • Familiarity with ticketing system software, preferably Jira.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Shift:

  • Normal day shift hours with some flexibility.

  • Rotating on-call duty once every 5-7 weeks.
