Position Responsibilities:
Monitor and track part availability through ERP and Wave systems
Communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and expedite shipments as necessary
Ensure the company meets critical deadlines, tracking WIP and planned shipment dates
Oversee and update purchase orders (POs) as needed
Assist with expediting outside services when required
Provide regular status updates on material tracking through ERP
Troubleshoot and resolve any supply chain issues that arise
Preferred Requirements
ERP Experience Ability to navigate ERP systems for tracking and updating orders
Strong Communication Skills Capable of effectively interacting with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
Supplier Communication Manage and maintain clear communication with suppliers regarding part availability and shipment schedules
PO Updating Experience with updating and managing purchase orders
High Sense of Urgency Demonstrates proactive problem-solving and urgency in meeting critical deadlines
