POSITION TITLE: Project Manager

DEPARTMENT: Project Management

LOCATION: San Francisco, California

SALARY RANGE: $90,000 to $140,000

JOB NUMBER: 2024-1269-02

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Nationally recognized environmental remediation contractor in need of an experienced and qualified Project Manager to support our project in San Francisco, California.

The daily work activities/responsibilities will include:
  • Overall responsibility of the job site which includes all engineering and construction activities
  • Project staffing and scheduling
  • Conducting all progress meetings
  • Monitor actual costs in the field

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
Must have minimum 5 years of experience working on remedial construction projects involving the following work activities:
  • In-Situ Solidification/Stabilization
  • Site Remediation
  • Demolition of Surface/Subsurface Structures
  • Dredging
  • Impacted Soil/Material Transportation and Disposal

SALARY/BENEFITS:
An employee s salary is based on commensurate experience and other qualifications. Extensive company provided benefit package includes medical, dental, prescription, 401k, profit sharing, and pension plan.
