What You'll Do

We are seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our Information Technology Group which is responsible for managing our IT Solution and Database. This position is responsible for designing, building, and managing IT Solution and Database, depending on the project or any business requirements.

Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time the remainder of your time.

  • Design, build and apply the optimal IT Solution such as SaaS or In-House and Database
  • Analyze the IT Solution Architecture required by each department and suggest the best way
  • Conduct technical evaluations and proofs-of-concept to evaluate software application products from external vendors and report on the same as a technical expert and advisor
  • The role of collecting, processing, and loading internal and external source data to design and build pipelines through which data flows
  • Establishment and operation of Database for systematic management of IT Infra
  • Performance optimization and issue tracking related IT Solution and Database
  • Management and up-to-date of enterprise technical standards related to applications and Database
  • Identify and manage the overall status of software application and related services. Establish an optimal management process
  • Define and document architectural standards, patterns, and best practices for IT Solution and Database
  • Participate in the company's projects as a IT Solution and Database Architect, with the overall aim of providing well engineered, secure, and integrated solutions
  • Evaluate and propose new tools and KPIs related to data streaming, data catalog, data lineage, data performance for large data set
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT and operations, to ensure seamless integration of solutions and database into the overall IT ecosystem
  • Analyzing software application resource utilization and establishing optimization plans
  • Software License management

  • Jira/Confluence management

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's with 5+ years of relevant industry experience, or Masters with 3+ years or PhD in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an IT Solution & Database architect
  • Building and managing database
  • Broad technical and practical skills with common infrastructure systems including but not limited to: DBMS, Oracle, MySQL, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, Virtualization/VMware, Grafana, Hadoop, Kafka, Airflow/Luigi, Apache Atlas/Spline
  • Ability to identify complex problems, review information to develop and evaluate options, then propose solutions is imperative
  • Experience in customer support or quality assurance is a plus

Base Pay Range
$104,000 $156,000 USD
