- Job Title: Oracle Cloud SCM Lead Consultant
- Location: Remote with a potential 25% travel required by the client
- Duration: Long-term contract
- Expertise: Must be an SME within their track demonstrating hands-on experience with the applications
- Communication: Excellent communication skills for leading client workshops, design, training, etc.
- Role: Providing strategic guidance and implementation support to clients using Oracle Planning software
- Key Responsibilities: Consulting clients in Oracle Supply Chain Planning, analyzing current planning processes, designing Oracle Planning solutions, leading workshops and training sessions, collaborating with client stakeholders, conducting assessments for streamlining operations, maintaining documentation, and working closely with the technical team for seamless implementation of Oracle Planning solutions.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain Management, or related field; extensive experience with Oracle Supply Chain Planning and Demand Planning module; 10+ years of Oracle ERP Experience with at least one full Oracle Cloud implementation; strong understanding of supply chain and demand planning concepts; proven track record in Oracle Planning implementations and consulting services; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; demonstrated experience in conducting workshops and knowledge transfer activities; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; certification in Oracle Cloud Planning and Collaboration is highly desirable.
