Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development People to join our Industry and Smart Applications BU. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving demand creation in the smart applications and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in AI application and advanced packaging engineering solutions for semiconductor chips.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
Drive demand creation in strategic segments and IC vendors by promoting JCET core technologies and solutions
Develop and manage a sales pipeline and forecast to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to drive innovation in packaging solutions.
Work with internal teams, including Sales, Engineering and Product development, to ensure the successful implementation of customer projects.
Prepare and present business development reports, including market analysis, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, package engineering, or a similar role in the semiconductor industry.
Strong knowledge of advanced packaging engineering solutions and AI applications in semiconductor chips. With experience in semiconductor foundry industry a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proven track record of driving business growth in international markets.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
