Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our IT team as a Lead IT CRM System Architect. This role must have deep hands-on skills in Microsoft CRM (Dynamics 365) and Power Platform and associated Microsoft technologies, as applied to IT business system solutions. He/she is responsible for not only designing MS Dynamics 365 based architecture solutions, but also leading a project team consisting of internal IT staff and external consultants in implementing and supporting the system solutions in a growing global IT organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively work with CRM system users world-wide to lead the efforts of translating business requirements into technical specification and solution development using MS Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
  2. Analyze, design, and lead the technical efforts to develop or configure D365 modules, such as Sales, Customer Service, and Admin App, to optimize business processes and workflows.
  3. Lead the technical efforts to design and integrate Power Platform, Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Azure Network function and D365 solutions with other applications, such as Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and third-party services.
  4. Apply excellent communication skills, work as Technical Project manager to lead internal IT staff, supervise external consultants, collaborate with functional teams for CRM system enhancement projects.
  5. Stay current on the latest capabilities and best practices related to the MS Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and cloud technologies.
  6. Manage and own the technical designs, configurations, and processes to maintain comprehensive record for developed solutions.
  7. Organize and lead CRM system training and knowledge-sharing to empower users to adopt Power Platform and D365 based solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • Total of 10-15 years IT or software development experience, with 5+ years hands-on experience in MS Dynamics, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Network function gained in an IT organization.
  • Seasoned in large-scale IT projects and IT system supports for hi-tech companies.
  • IT system ownership experience including user support.
  • Strong communication, organizational and influential skills as a confident yet flexible technology leader.
  • Good knowledge in lead-to-opportunity business processes, sales force automation, quotation management, and workflow design.
  • Good knowledge in data analytics and SQL; and data/system integration.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in California is $160,000 - $195,000.
