About the Role: As the LSP Sales Training Senior Director, you will oversee and lead all aspects of our sales training programs across 20+ partners. This role will require both strategic focus on developing platform-wide sales training programs, but also a hands-on approach to directly lead training programs at Partner companies. This includes onsite and virtual training modalities across our Partner network.

  • Emerging Partners: Directly coach and train technicians and comfort advisors, focusing on skill development and process mastery.
  • Middle Market Partners: Manage and coach local sales managers to improve their leadership and sales effectiveness.
  • Enterprise Partners: Advise sales managers, providing strategic insights and guidance to align their practices with our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement: Design and deliver sales training programs customized for different partner levels. This includes creating sales training programs that have clear ROI tied to measurable KPIs such as close percentage, average ticket, discounting percentage, revenue, etc.
  • Best practices: Leverage industry best practices on sales training, cross-selling, choice presentations, and compensation schemes to drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and incentivize the right behaviors.
  • Coach and Mentor: Conduct engaging training sessions and provide hands-on coaching.
  • Track and Analyze: Monitor and evaluate training outcomes through feedback, performance metrics, and results analysis. Use insights to refine and enhance training programs.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work with local Partner leadership, LSP regional leadership, and other stakeholders to identify training needs, align programs with strategic goals, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate Onboarding: Provide training tools and frameworks for Partner companies to effectively onboard new sales-oriented employees minimizing ramp up time and speeding up time to productivity.

Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of overall experience in residential sales preferably with a focus on residential services including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, roofing, solar, etc.
    • 5+ years proven experience in a sales training capacity with a focus on residential services industry.
    • Proficient in creating scalable and actional training programs which can be delivered through multiple modalities (in-person, virtual, self-paced, etc.).
    • Strong business acumen, with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
    • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
    • Ability to capture an audience with interactive programming.
    • Knowledge of the home service industry and related regulatory requirements.
    • Proficiency in using technology and software systems to drive operational efficiencies.

    • Prior experience with ServiceTitan platform a strong plus
