Preconstruction Manager - Data Center

I am partnered with one of the fastest growing data center owners/developers in the US looking to expand their Preconstruction team in Atlanta.

Reporting to the Director of Preconstruction, you will be assisting with Precon efforts for multiple hyperscale projects throughout the US with endless career progression opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand unit costs for various project types ($/sf, $/MW, etc.).
• Well-versed in all construction phases for ground-up new commercial buildings, including MEP, structural, and sitework.
• Gather proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents to prepare estimates.
• Prepare conceptual estimates and budgets from onscreen takeoffs and provided programming information.
• Identify and analyze labor, material, and time requirements.
• Solicit and analyze quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Prepare detailed cost estimate reports.
• Conduct project-related risk assessments.
• Prepare final estimates and RFPs for owner presentation.
• Create and update construction CPM schedules.
• Travel required: 10-50%.
