Job Description
Job Title: Corporate Director of Hotel Sales
Location: Prefer Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area but would possibly consider remote
Salary: $150K - $175K + 20% Bonus Potential
Position Overview: As the Corporate Director of Hotel Sales, you
will spearhead the development and implementation of innovative sales
strategies aimed at driving revenue growth across multiple hotel properties/brands.
This leadership role involves managing a high-performing sales team,
cultivating relationships with key clients, and ensuring the achievement of
sales targets to enhance overall profitability 10-20 Multi-Branded Hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales
strategies to maximize revenue across all hotel properties.
Lead and mentor a dynamic sales team, fostering a
culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key
clients, ensuring sustained business growth and customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to
identify opportunities for business development.
Oversee the preparation and execution of sales
plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Collaborate with hotel management teams to ensure
alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Drive the adoption and effective use of CRM
software to enhance customer relationship management and sales tracking.
Monitor sales performance metrics, providing
regular reports and insights to senior management.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the
skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality
Management, or a related field.
7+ years of Regional Sales experience in hotel
sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to
inspire and manage a sales team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and
stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of
market dynamics and sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and other
sales-related tools.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make
informed business decisions.
Desirable Skills:
Advanced degree or relevant certifications in
Sales or Hospitality Management.
Experience in managing sales across multiple hotel
properties.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment and travel 3 weeks out of the month.
