This is a hybrid role.

The resource must go on-site 2+ days per week in Saint-Laurent (Montreal).

  1. Oracle cloud procurement experience is mandatory.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud Procurement Consultant to lead the implementation of the Oracle Cloud Procurement module from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of procurement processes and extensive experience in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud Procurement to meet specific business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions within the Oracle Cloud Procurement module.
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle Cloud Procurement to meet business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members throughout all phases of the implementation lifecycle.
  • Conduct system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in the development of training materials.
  • Ensure successful integration of Oracle Cloud Procurement with other enterprise systems and applications.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting assistance to optimize system performance and user satisfaction.

Requirements

MUST HAVE:

  1. Oracle Cloud Procurement Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement, including configuration, customization, and implementation.
  2. Procurement Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of procurement processes, best practices, and industry standards.
  3. Project Management Skills: Proven ability to lead complex implementation projects, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.


Nice to have:

  1. Oracle Cloud Certification: Certification in Oracle Cloud Procurement or related Oracle Cloud modules.
  2. Integration Experience: Experience with integrating Oracle Cloud Procurement with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or HCM.
  3. Change Management Experience: Familiarity with change management principles and experience leading organizational change initiatives related to procurement transformations.
