Join our TPH team in Denver as a Goaltending Coach!

Goaltending Coaches do exactly what their job states: coach goaltenders directly and mentor them on "the process" of reaching their potential in sport, school, and, most importantly, life. These individuals take full ownership of goaltenders' development through multi-tasking duties not only on the ice but also off, and they support the Director and Head of Hockey in developing and enhancing the student-athlete experience. They are 100% athlete-focused, wear multiple hats, and have an opportunity to grow to become Heads of Hockey or Directors themselves. This position also strongly focuses on providing input in developing Individual Development Plans to drive student-athletes to engage in the Academy in addition to partner programs. A willingness to create unique programming opportunities is desired.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of amateur, junior, collegiate, and/or professional hockey instructional or coaching experience, i.e. it should be clear on your resume and/or cover letter that you have previously instructed youth players, including goaltenders, on the game of hockey and specifically.
  • Keen interest in recruiting and building relationships with potential student-athlete families.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions.

The following qualifications are considered assets when applying for this position:

  • Bachelor s Degree
  • Past business operations/organizational experience, hockey-related preferred.

The base salary will be $40,000-50,000 based on experience. This position comes with full benefits.
