Job Description
Tommy Gun s is rapidly expanding and currently operates over 80 locations in Canada, 13 locations in Australia, 2 in New Zealand and one in the USA. With significant growth and expansion planned in North America and abroad, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Ecommerce Catalogue Specialist to join the Tommy Gun s Support Office. We are seeking a team-oriented and energetic individual to join our team, located in downtown Kelowna, with a trendy office space as part of The District on Bernard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analytics and SEO analysis, leveraging data to inform strategies and find growth opportunities.
- Manipulate and handle large volumes of data to update and optimize website information/function.
- Lead team initiatives, providing resources for success and efficiency improvements through AI integrations and automations
- Manage site search function and optimize product catalogue taxonomy/organization.
- Utilize tools like Klaviyo to analyze customer behavior and improve engagement strategies.
- Utilize the Shopify CMS, apps & Liquid coding to maintain & enhance website functionality and aesthetics to create a visually appealing & user-friendly customer experience.
- Update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing as needed to reflect most up-to-date information. Ability to write coherently is important.
- Utilize Google Merchant Center to maintain product feeds and pinpoint opportunities.
- Strong design skills and the ability to optimize websites for desktop and mobile.
- Analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, data visualization, and SEO analysis.
- Pull reports, analyze, and implement necessary content changes to provide feedback to teams on data insights and optimization opportunities as they arise
You Are:
- Passionate about strategy and always looking for ways to drive traffic.
- Highly experienced in Shopify+, Klaviyo, and Google Merchant Center (or similar)
- You love to learn about new technologies
- Have a knack for analyzing data and metrics to pinpoint areas of opportunity and improvement.
- Well-versed in current trends and emerging brands.
- A self-motivated individual with a knack for time management
- 2-4 years of previous e-commerce experience
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience in Excel and data analysis/manipulation
- High-quality writing skills and an eye for design (Canva/design experience an asset)
- A creative and collaborative individual
- A strong problem-solver with metrics-driven thinking
- Knowledge in the Barber/Beauty industry considered an asset
