  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Tipping Point Solutions, a training development company specializing in instructional design, media/video production, and interactive, game-based eLearning products, has an immediate opening for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for their Range Operations Professional Development (ROPD) Program Contract. Position will be a part-time hourly contractor responsible for ensuring the doctrinal accuracy of the product during the entire contract period of performance. This position is 100% remote and offers competitive compensation and flexibility, allowing you to balance this work with other professional commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and doctrine expertise to support quality control and training development throughout the period of performance.
  • Review storyboards for technical and doctrine accuracy
  • Review IMI Alpha for technical and doctrine accuracy
  • Test final IMI product for technical and doctrine accuracy

Qualifications:

The qualifications of the subject matter expert must be in compliance with our contract. SME:

  • shall be fully qualified and have specialized experience working in the Sustainable Range Program (SRP) within the past 3 years .
  • must have obtained certificate(s) of ROPD Resident Training and Distributed Learning courseware of ROPD Phase 4 Range Safety, ROPD Phase 5a RMTK, ROPD Phase 6 Range Operations and ROPD Phase 7 Training Land Management DL course.
  • Must have specialized experience and overall comprehension of SRP.
