TEHORA est prsentement la recherche d un(e) Conseiller stratgique en scurit de l'information ayant d excellentes aptitudes techniques, d excellentes connaissances et qui souhaite mettre profit ses comptences au sein d une quipe polyvalente.

Sans tre exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devront fournir la personne retenue.

Description des travaux ou des biens livrables :

Coordonner, au sein de l organisme public, la mise en place des orientations et des priorits d intervention gouvernementales en matire de scurit de l information ou la mise en ?uvre des orientations dcoulant des directives, politiques internes et autres documents de l organisme public ;

Produire les analyses, rapports, avis, bilans et les plans d action en matire de scurit de l information et prciser les suivis ou les correctifs apporter afin que l organisation se conforme aux pratiques ou aux exigences et que les risques de scurit de l information qui peuvent porter atteinte aux activits courantes soient mitigs ;

Assister l organisme public dans la prparation des bilans semi-annuels de scurit de l information ou tout autre document de reddition de comptes l intention des autorits gouvernementales ;

Faire voluer les processus de scurit de l information tels que la gestion des risques, la gestion de l accs l information et la gestion des incidents ;

Conseiller les quipes de projets de l organisme public en matire de scurit de l information et de protection des renseignements personnels, et rdiger ou commenter des biens livrables en cette matire ;

Tenir jour le registre d autorit en matire de scurit de l information ;

Analyser les vnements et mettre des recommandations de manire viter des incidents similaires ou des consquences importantes sur les activits de l organisme public ;

Maintenir jour le registre des vnements de scurit ayant pu mettre en pril la scurit de l information ;

Assister le CSIO de l organisme public en lien avec sa participation au Rseau gouvernemental de cyberdfense.

Requirements

Avoir complt au moins quatre-vingt-dix (90) crdits universitaires en informatique dans un domaine pertinent aux responsabilits du profil ou toute autre formation juge pertinente ;

OU

Pour compenser un dficit de crdits exigs ci-haut, le cumul de deux (2) mois d exprience pertinente par crdit manquant, en sus des annes d exprience dj exiges pour ce profil, sera accept;

Cumuler dix (10) annes d exprience dans les technologies de l information, dont huit (8) annes d exprience en scurit ;

Possder trois (3) annes d exprience en gouvernance de la scurit de l information et en conseil stratgique li cette responsabilit ;

Dtenir l une ou l autre des certifications suivantes : ISO 27002 et ISO 27005.

TEHORA is currently looking for a Strategic Information Security Advisor with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to use his skills within a versatile team.

Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide.

Description of work or deliverables:

  • Coordinate, within the public body, the implementation of government intervention guidelines and priorities in terms of information security or the implementation of guidelines resulting from directives, internal policies and other documents of the public body. 'public body ;
  • Produce analyses, reports, opinions, assessments and action plans in terms of information security and specify the follow-ups or corrective actions to be taken so that the organization complies with practices or requirements and that the risks of information security that can affect day-to-day operations are mixed;
  • Assist the public body in the preparation of semi-annual information security reviews or any other accountability document for government authorities;
  • Evolve information security processes such as risk management, information access management and incident management;
  • Advise the public body's project teams on information security and the protection of personal information, and write or comment on deliverables in this regard;
  • Maintain the information security authority register;
  • Analyze the events and issue recommendations so as to avoid similar incidents or significant consequences on the activities of the public body;
  • Maintain the register of security events that may have jeopardized information security;
  • Assist the CSIO of the public body in connection with its participation in the Government Cyber Defense Network.

    Requirements

  • Have completed at least ninety (90) university credits in computer science in a field relevant to the responsibilities of the profile or any other training deemed relevant;
  • WHERE

    To compensate for a deficit of credits required above, the accumulation of two (2) months of relevant experience per missing credit, in addition to the years of experience already required for this profile, will be accepted;

  • Cumulate ten (10) years of experience in information technology, including eight (8) years of experience in security;
  • Have three (3) years of experience in information security governance and in strategic advice related to this responsibility;
  • Hold one or other of the following certifications: ISO 27002 and ISO 27005.
