Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily store operations, achieving store sales and ensuring every customer receives a great service experience
Identify opportunities to maximize customer purchase through additional or complementary sales
Ensure complete understanding of all products, brand guidelines including up-sell items, as well as any promotions and mechanics or in-store activities.
Ensure understanding of all key retail metrics and targets given (e.g. Monthly sales target, ATV target etc.)
Ensure exemplary customer service standards among the Retail team members according to the Company's customer service standard.
Offer exemplary product knowledge to assist customers with their buying decisions.
Handle customers’ queries in a professional manner according to the company policy and airport refund policy.
