IAM Analyst (Remote)

Our client, a fortune 100 Credit Union, is looking to add an Identity & Access Management Analyst to join their team in a remote capacity.
  • Location: Remote. Candidates must reside within the continental United States to be considered.
  • Employment Type: W2 contract (No C2C, Corp-to-Corp arrangements). Job Description:

    The IAM Analyst role involves working with various application and business owners to evaluate and update appropriate access for both users and privileged users. Duties include providing guidance and direction to managers on analyzing and delivering up-to-date data. Methods for evaluating and updating different access will involve utilizing various communication methods, scripts, and tools such as ServiceNow.

    Responsibilities:
    • Analyze and document functional & nonfunctional requirements for various IAM domains such as Access Certification, Identity Lifecycle Management, and analytics.
    • Create IAM governance collaterals such as policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, role types, and user access reviews.
    • Understand operational, regulatory, and other risks related to Access and Identity Lifecycle Services.
    • Manage IAM Access Certifications Processes such as user access, privileged access, role-based access, platform, hosting, and database access.
    • Onboard and integrate application and infrastructure technologies to standardized Access Certifications.
    • Effectively interact and communicate with business partners.
    • Manage multiple dependencies between IAM projects with a proven track record of successful IAM deployments.
    • Independently manage and drive Access Certification campaigns, navigating across business stakeholders, technical stakeholders, and process requirements to meet deadlines.
    • Demonstrate a risk mindset to mitigate security issues facing IAM.
    • Exhibit strong attention to detail, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Communicate exceptionally and work well in a team.
    Requirements:
    • Candidates must reside within the continental United States.
    • Candidates must be able to work a W2 contract (no C2C arrangements).
    • 2 or 3+ years of business analyst experience in requirement gathering for IAM products such as SailPoint, ServiceNow, Saviynt, etc.
    • Experience in Identity Management.
    • Experience with user provisioning lifecycle and application provisioning.
    • Hands-on experience with IDM or IGA systems (e.g., Saviynt IGA, CA-IDM, SailPoint).
    • Ability to work independently and perform with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Experience working in a position with direct interaction, in person or virtual, with various types of personnel including mid-level and executive leadership.
    • Strong analytical and research skills.
    • Ability to review and recognize inefficient or cumbersome operations and/or business processes and work with existing teams to propose/implement solutions for streamlining.
    • Ability to review existing workflows and develop streamlining solutions.
    Preferred Skills:
    • BS in Information Systems, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience.
    • Strong automation skills: PowerShell scripting, PEGA, scripting products.
    • Mainframe/RACF and DB2 experience.
    • Active Directory/LDS or similar LDAP experience.
    • Remote access management (e.g., RSA SecurID, VPN, Citrix).
    • Experience with data reporting and metric products and tools (e.g., Power BI).
    • Experience in ServiceNow.
